They could not fix the things I asked for, could not locate clear damage I explained, I needed my car back at 2pm, I called and texted at least 8 times with no response and they didn't get back till 3pm I dropped my car at 9am. Just nothing good, just nothing good to say about it.

BUYER BEWARE ON GETTING SERVICE HERE. Brought our 2020 Dodge Challenger to CDJR Brooksville for a passenger headlight. We had LED bulbs with us. The shop said they would not install or guarantee those and sold us their factory HID instead — $400 for the bulb and $129.99 to install it.They installed their bulb. It failed immediately. The passenger light was not fixed. They still billed the full job and required payment before they would release the car. Their own invoice prints a 12-month / 12,000-mile parts-and-labor guarantee. Melissa was our service advisor she was great, but when we got the bill, it part was completely and utterly ridiculous, it was and over inflated price for the job done, I usually only take my vehicle to dealer, but with that price I'll be searching my options from now on.

This dealership did not tell us the new car we purchased was a demo and that it had almost 3000 miles on it. They would not take the car back because they would have to sell it as used because the Finance Department told us the paperwork was sent to the State immediately. The Salesperson, Matthew, should work on the tote the note lot as should the Sales Manager. I called and left a message with the General Manager who never returned my call.

I was very pleased with my tech service person- starting with my initial call for a quote to replace the fuel filters on my 2500. When I brought the truck in, I already felt at ease- I had been to more than a few dealerships in the Tampa and Greater Bay Area and each time there were issues that left me looking for one that I could trust. I was pleasantly surprised when Melissa showed up while I was waiting, and said my truck was ready! CDJR Brooksville and Melissa will finally be my go-to when my truck needs servicing
