I finally was able enough one of your service managers to comprehend, diagnose, and fix my issue. The issue started 3 months after I purchased my car in 2022. My steering wheel would shake between 55-65MPH, then stop after going over or under the speed specified. It would get worse when applying the brakes. Timothy listened to my concerns and recommendations and so far my steering wheel does not shake when applying the brakes or going at the specified MPH.
Somebody backed into our Buick. The body shop did a great job with the repair and work was completed on time.
Very nice, good service, explained all repairs well. Kept me informed about progress of the work.

Very professional. Excellent expertise. I experienced a damaged dash board due to internal problem. My auto is a 2020 Optima S. It took hard work but dealership obtained a replacement from Korea. It took 6 months of search. Kudos to Nicole and the Service Mgr.

Thank you for your response. However, I respectfully disagree with several points.
First, Ford of Spring Hill did not secure the 47% adjustment on my behalf. I personally spent months communicating with Hankook, gathering records, following up repeatedly, and speaking directly with Hankook’s warranty department. The original offer was lower, and I was the one who pushed the matter further and obtained the 47% adjustment.
Second, my concern was never asking Ford of Spring Hill to submit a false or improper warranty claim. My concern was that the dealership never clearly diagnosed or documented why all four original tires on a 2024 ... Read More

I've been a customer here since 2017. The treatment that I received was phenomenal. Kevin Mullins was very patient with me and explained everything so I understood what was going on with my K5. I felt like royalty!
Our service advisor, Kevin, went above and beyond again. We were quoted 4 hours for the appointment and Kevin got my issue taken care of in 2 hours.
Kevin confirmed the repair was covered under an extended warranty and quickly let me know. It was repaired the same day.

I've had to go back a few times since taking on this lease and this last visit was 4+ hours to replace a tire on my day off. Now my steering wheel shakes around 60 mph and I'll have to go back to have tire balanced which seems like Tire Install 101? On top of that, new tire filled to 40psi while leaving the other 3 at 34psi? Why not be sure they matched? 4.5 hours, maybe make them count?
The agent was very helpful (and an engine control software update was performed) but my car just broke down again with the same symptoms and is being towed to Greenway Kia.

Then somehow got a $100 charge and then a $119 charge and then was only refunded $89 out of my $150 deposit all from enterprise which I was referred to and brought to by Kia and had to drive around for over a week due to Kia's inefficiency

I brought my Telluride in for routine service. I had an appointment for 10:20 and arrived on time. He told me the car should be ready in three hours. Nobody called me to give me an update. Do not trust the sales process at Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland. My wife and I walked into this dealership (June 2026) completely prepared to sign the paperwork and purchase a 2026 Buick Enclave Avenir. We had done our due diligence, researched the market, and were ready to make a deal.

Sorren took great care of me. I explained that my previous visit didn’t go very well. Because of this, he went over and beyond to assure that my visit this time ran flawlessly and it did. I received a friendly greeting from a girl outside. She directed me to Sorren. Waiting room was clean and stocked with refreshments and snacks.

Don’t expect the service department to ever call you back with information, I’ve been calling for 2weeks about a faulty windshield which is a manufacturer issue and under warranty, with no response, this is the first Ram truck that I have owned and I’m not impressed with the service, I always had Fords before and no problems there !!!!
