It’s a great Dealership; the salesperson (Fabio) and the finance manager (Pierro) are trustworthy, clear with the information, and incredibly friendly. They are straightforward, and the entire transaction was transparent—no tricks or deception like at most dealerships. Highly recommended.

I dropped off my car and was called a Lyft, however, when I needed to pickup my car and called Kia Delray Several times there was no answer. When I arrived after getting an uber myself, I witness no one on the phones and the staff didn’t seem to be doing anything on the computers. They didn’t even return my call. Over book appointments...obvious not enough bays or help....Customers convenience callously ignored....without use of vehicle for too long and unable to attend to own obligations..Service representative too glib and not truthful...when asked if a specific chore done...without personal knowledge answered that it was when it was not. Could have responded that not sure and easily checked.. Undermines confidence in Service dept and whether work charged for, actually done...
Purchased my third vehicle with Delray Kia. First time with the new management. David in sales made the process pretty smooth. Management made the deal happen quickly. The only issue I had was the delivery of the vehicle. After they detailed the vehicle, I observed a door ding on my passenger side. David had it fixed quickly. Then I discovered the hood had what appeared to be left over glue from the plastic that covered the vehicle. They attempted to fix the problem but I think they made it worse. My brand new ev9, less than 2 months, went in for a warranty repair for the windshield and to resolve an issue I was having with the air not blowing cold and loud noises. It took over a month to get it back and I spent that month in a base model ev4. I have purchased 2 cars from Kia Delray, had endless service done there and even though they didn't have and couldn't get the ev9 I wanted, I always came to them for service. Kevin Mullins was very helpful regarding what service I need and when I should bring my car in again for service. Since I have to wait for my car, it would be helpful if oil changes could be done more quickly. Also, I had a terrible time at first adjusting the seat because it was pushed back. I'm 5'2" and had a hard time getting it into the position I needed so I could reach the peddles!
My sales person Zied was very helpful. the car I wanted was not there at the Delray dealership so he went to boca and brought my car. He did everything to make sure I got into a car before I left. I am happy with my NEW RIDE.

I quickly registered my car and reviewed with Tim the service my car needs. The waiting room was comfortable and the oil change took less than I expected. The price was fair and I received my car washed out side. I enjoyed sipping the cappuccino I got from the coffee area. I had a very good time while my car was being serviced.
All depends on the advisor. So he took good care I hope of my car , extended warranty, he took care dealt with rental also. He also offered the service of bringing me home and then pick me up when done.
The service department was totally nonresponsive when i called to make an appointment and see if my car was ready for pickup. Went to voicemail. No one called back. Put on hold. Waited up to 18 minutes. Impossible!!! Let alone that the part needed for my car was on backorder for one entire year!!

After service was done, my car wasn't washed I'm using Delray Kia for the last 10 years and never had problem. This time my car was giving to me very dirty, I was very surprised because it was always clean after service.
The process was quick, the car was washed, I was provided a lift both ways and didn't hurt my workday. Seemed a little pricey considering it was standard maintenance, but good service as always

I was there for five hours because therewere recalls on my car. I'm not happy because I asked him three times to make sure they put air in my tires and they did not put air in my tires. Also, my oil change was done, but sticker on shows a different car so I'm hoping that it was done. License plate on paperwork also incorrect.
